Technical Support
Executive
Responsibilities:
-
Perform the installation, configuration and
deployment of POS system
-
Provide on-site training to retail client
throughout Klang Valley
-
Provide technical support of POS system
-
Manage Helpdesk tickets and consistently increase
service quality of support.
-
Work with the support teams to ensure service
level requirements are exceeded.
-
Work with the customers to ensure that contractual
service expectations are exceeded.
Requirements:
-
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT or
related
-
Knowledge in Basic PC hardware troubleshooting
-
Posses analytical skills and interpersonal skills
-
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold
relevant residence status
